This table was published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis (source), and is reproduced below for convenience.
The BLS publishes CPI on a monthly basis in the "Detailed Reports" section of its website. The reports are PDF format and the historical record is included in each on page 24. However, it's difficult to parse this PDF content into other programs, so the Federal Reserve has done it for us:
